Who you are buying from

ADHD Life OS is sold by Serhii Sudilkivskyi, Poland, through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Your contract of sale and your invoice are with Lemon Squeezy; support and refunds are handled by us at hello@outofheadhq.com.

What you receive

A licence to duplicate and use the ADHD Life OS Notion template for your own personal or business use. One purchase, one person. You may modify your copy freely.

What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, or publish the template or a derivative of it
• Share the duplication link publicly or with people who have not purchased
• Include it in a bundle, course, or membership without written permission

Refunds

14 days, no questions, no forms. Email hello@outofheadhq.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The only thing we ask is that you do not request a refund and continue using the template. This sits alongside, and does not reduce, any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Requirements

A Notion account is required. The free tier is sufficient for every module; no paid Notion features are needed. Notion is a third-party service and its availability is outside our control.

Not a medical product

ADHD Life OS is a productivity template. It is not a clinical tool, not a treatment, and not a substitute for professional assessment or support. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Liability

The template is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
