What is collected

• Your email address, if and only if you submit it to receive the free template. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is stored alongside it.
• Purchase data, if you buy ADHD Life OS. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and as an independent controller of that transaction. Card details never reach this site.

Why, and on what basis

Your email address is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), for one purpose: to send you the free template and occasional related emails about ADHD systems and this product. Consent can be withdrawn at any time — every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and withdrawing does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew.

Who it is shared with

The email list is held by our email service provider, acting as a processor under a data processing agreement. Hosting is provided by Vercel. No data is sold, and none is shared with advertisers.

How long it is kept

Until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, whichever comes first. After that the address is removed, except where a record must be retained to honour your objection to further contact.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). To exercise any of these, email hello@outofheadhq.com. No form, no justification required.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. If that changes, this page will say so before it does, and consent will be requested first.
